One of the perks to living in Sacramento is that we are only 1 1/2 hours from San Fran. So far we have taken two trips there. The first was in May when Mike's mom, Catherine, came out to visit us, and the second time was for a Giants game at AT&T park. Its crazy how much the temperature varies from Sacramento to the Bay Area. Summers in Sacramento are incredibly hot. The past week it has been in the 100's. When we go to San Fran we always have to put on layers because it is pretty chilly, but it is nice to have a place to escape from the heat.

Make sure your brakes are in good shape before you drive in San Fran because the roads are wicked steep.
If you love Italian food (and who doesn't?) you have to go to Pantarei. Amazing food. Chic. Affordable prices.
I wish I would have taken a picture of all our food, but of course that is not the first thing that came to my mind when my Tre Pasta was placed in front of me. I will get a pic for you all next time we go.

First of all...I feel your pain with the heat. It's sooo hot here & it's barely July! Second, I'm loving all your pictures from San Fran. I've never been there but have always wanted to go. Looks like despite the heat you are enjoying a California summer. And I LOVE that sweatshirt! So cute-but you always look cute :)
